Harvest Caye has four bars, which also offer food. The flagship facility is the two-story Landshark Bar and Grill. The upper story is open-air with views overlooking the beach and the pool. The other is a classic bar and grill. There is also a swim-up bar. This venue was developed in partnership with Jimmy Buffet.

The other bars less extensive than Landshark's are spread across the resort. The Pool Bar (upper left) is at the opposite end of the Pool from Landshark's and the swim-up pool. The Laughing Bird Bar & Grill (upper right) is close to the main beach area while Horse Eye Jack Bar & Grill (lower left). is close to the luxury villas at the far end of the beach. The Manatee Bar and Grill (lower right) is near the lagoon and the shopping village.
